Simple Lazy Vegan Stadium Nacho Cheese Recipe (Dairy Free, Gluten Free)
Sometimes one finds themselves craving stadium nachos... Yet, unable to, or opposed to, consuming dairy. So here's my recipe:
-2/3 Cup Daiya Cheese
-1/3 Cup Unsweetened Soy Milk
You'll need a bowl and a fork to whisk!
Step 1: Add the Daiya Cheese and Soy milk to the bowl and Microwave for one minute.
Step 2: It will be very hot, remove from microwave and stir quickly like you are whisking eggs with a fork until pretty evenly incorporated...
And then enjoy!
(If you like it with a bit of spice, add a little cayanne pepper powder!)
